PAYMENT POLICY

Clients should pay 50% of the payment initially and the due amount should be paid after the project is delivered. Payment plans are available only for loyal customers.

SATASME quotes only for a client requirement and for additional features there will be separate charges.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you choose to terminate our services after we start the campaign then the payment for Social Media Management will not be refunded.

The balance payment excluding the amount spent from the amount paid for Boosting or at the discretion of the customer will be credited to the account from which you made payment.

Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

SATASME will not be liable for refund.

SPECIAL NOTE

All the quotations are valid for 15 days only.

Once the customers select the package, SATASME send a confirmation email with the invoice. Once a customer pays 50% of initial amount his or her project is being started.
